Kate is a versatile artist and designer who paints florals, animals, and landscapes in oil, watercolor, and chalk pastel. With a BFA from Auburn University and over 20 years of experience, her style ranges from detailed realism to loose and expressive. She has worked as a graphic artist, surface designer, and illustrator, with published work including Jack the Cat that Went to War. Inspired by nature, Kate creates joyful, heartfelt art from her home, where she lives with her husband and their beagle, Murphy.
