Transpac is an industry leader in seasonal, gift, home and garden decor products. Since 1995, Transpac has designed and distributed seasonal decor and accessories, with distrubution focused on both independent retailer channels and national retail chains. Each year, Transpac introduces two seasonal catalogs, along with two home and gift catalogs, focusing both on seasonal and everyday goods.

VIP Home & Garden

VIP International was founded in 1989 in a small suburb just outside of Sacramento, CA, and remains operating in the city of Rancho Cordova. VIP started its wholesale roots in the decorative floral industry, working with mixed materials to accent faux floral arrangements. Through the experience and success of this business, VIP evolved and grew from these simple origins. Through the '90s and into the early 2000s VIP began developing and selling wrought iron furniture and accessories. VIP became well known for our unique and elegant wrought iron accessories.

In 2007, VIP was sold by the original owners. The original owners instilled principles of honesty and hard work from a family-grown business. The new ownership has continued to build and expand upon those same principles and grow the style and trends to an industry-leading company. We specialize in home decor, tabletop items, clocks, contemporary/modern farmhouse, garden, industrial, salvaged, and many other similar categories. VIP still designs and sells wrought iron decor as a staple product, however over the years we have added many other materials, textures, designs, and products to the line. Transpac Seasonal requires a $500 minimum opening order and a $350 minimum reorder. Transpac Home & Gift requires a $500 minimum opening order and a $250 minimum reorder.

Placing An Order

For faster service, please have your item numbers ready before you call. Please call (707) 452-0600 or toll free (800) 449-9903 and a customer service representative will take your order. Office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST. You may also fax in your order at (707) 452-0800.

Payment Terms

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card will only be accepted on all first-time orders. We offer Net 30 day terms on subsequent orders with approved credit. To be considered for terms, the company applying must have favorable references and fill out our credit application completely. We will need a copy of your Tax ID and Business Card. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Shipment Claims

If there is a discrepancy on your shipment, such as shortages, defective and/or damaged merchandise, please complete and fax to us the Claim Form that came with your shipment. If you did not receive a Claim Form with your shipment, please call us at 1-800-449-9903. Upon completion of your claim being processed, Transpac will either replace or credit your account, per your request. Please deduct from your invoice if requesting credit and remit the balance of invoice in full. If requesting a replacement, all claims must be made within 30 days and all merchandise claimed must be retained for 30 days unless otherwise specified by Transpac Imports, Inc. After the 30-day claim period, there will be a 15% restock charge on the returned items. No unauthorized returns will be accepted, all returns must have a valid RMA# issued by Customer Service Department.
