Freight Rate Maps

Freight rates apply to all orders, with the following exceptions: 

  • Discontinued items and closeouts: Subject to a 25% freight rate. 
  • Key accounts: Freight terms will be negotiated during the quoting process. 
  • Any order under the brand-specific minimums (Transpac $1,000, Season’s Designs $1,500, VIP $1,200) will be billed at actual freight cost, not to exceed 25% 
  • Freight Rates are not applicable to International.

Shipments are sent either Fed Ex, UPS, or truck.  Freight charges are based on published rates, product ships from Newport News VA. Shipments are sent to either your residence or business location. The customer must indicate the shipping address as residential or business. Prepaid orders have approximate shipping fees and are subject to change based on actual shipping charges when the order is shipped.
