Newport News, VA — Transpac Brands is pleased to announce the promotions of two longtime leaders, recognizing their significant contributions to the company and positioning the organization for continued growth.

Andrea Padilla has been promoted from Director of Sales & Marketing to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. During her six years with Transpac Brands, Padilla has played a key role in shaping sales and marketing strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and advancing initiatives across the organization. In her new role, she will continue to lead the sales and marketing teams and help guide the company’s strategic growth.

“Andrea brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to leadership and a clear understanding of both our customers and our business,” said Tara Dikos, Executive Vice President of Transpac Brands. “She has made a meaningful impact over the past six years, and I’m excited to see her continue to shape our strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.”

Courtney Guerino has been promoted from Director of Key Accounts to Vice President of Key Accounts. Throughout her 11 years with Transpac Brands, Guerino has been instrumental in building strong customer partnerships and expanding key areas of the business. In her new role, she will continue to lead strategic account management and develop partnerships that create long-term value for both customers and the company.

“Courtney combines deep industry knowledge with an exceptional understanding of our customers and what drives successful partnerships,” said Dikos. “Her ability to build trust, think strategically, and consistently deliver results has been invaluable to Transpac Brands. Both Padilla and Guerino will report directly to Dikos.
