How do I purchase products online from your company?

VIP International is a wholesale company that supplies home and garden decor to our distributors throughout the country. In order to view pricing, you must be a valid retail company that distributes home decor products. You may register with your company information by clicking the "Register" link at the top of the web page. You will be asked to provide your company information at that time, and also create a password that you will use to Sign in at future dates.

How do I view pricing?

After you have registered your company information on our website, your application will be reviewed and processed. Once verified you will receive a welcome email and you can begin using our website. Your email address and password submitted will allow you to Sign In to the website after you receive the welcome email. After a valid Sign In you will then be able to view pricing and add items to your cart.

How do I order?

You can order online through our website once you have registered or by calling our office during business hours (8am -5pm pst). Our customer service agents are always available to help you with questions regarding an order.

What if I am a California Resident?

In compliance with the tax rules and regulations for California, all California customers must provide an active Resale License Number. All orders will be held until a Resale License Number is received and verified. Customers outside of California are not required to provide this number, but it is recommended.

Can I apply for Net Terms/Credits

Apply for credit Net30 Terms by completing a Credit application and Terms agreement.

••Application process time: 2-4weeks, may delay order shipment
••Credit Card Backup may be required

What do I do if I have damaged shipments or items?

Return Policy


Report all damages and claims within 5 business days of receiving your shipment

Damaged items that are not scheduled to be returned within 14 days of receiving may not be accepted

Note any damages on the B.O.L (Bill of Lading) at the time of delivery

Defective Items

30 day return policy for defective items.

Defective items are items that do not perform or function the way they are intended.

Defective items do not include variations in paint paterns, patina or antique paint finish


What is my shipping time?

Our Standard shipping time is 1-3 days from the time we receive the order.
This does not include transit time. Transit time is determined by the carrier that is ships with and the ship to location.

Who do you use as your shipping carrier?

Small parcel shipments are made using FedEx Ground. Pallet sized orders are shipped using the one of our standard common carriers (ie. FedEx, UPS, Estes, Mountain Valley, etc.).
We strive to use the most effective and reliable shipping method possible.

What are my shipping costs?

Orders that are placed over $2,000 will be shipped at 15%. See our Flat Rate Shipping information below.
•• Order Minimum:
$500 is our mimimum order amount for all orders including re-orders.
•• Orders Under $2,000
Orders under $2,000 will be shipped at market rate.
Shipping percentage will vary based on location and items ordered.
We will cap your freight at 25%.
Freight costs that exceed 25% will be covered by VIP.
•• Backorders:
Backorders will ship using at the same rate as the initial order.
Backorders for orders over $2,000 will ship at 15%.
Backorders for orders Under $2,000 will ship at market rate.
•• Backorder Minimums:
Ground Shipable backorders will ship when the available order amount exceeds $150.
Truck Shipable backorders will ship when the available order amount exceeds $350.
(Truck Shipable backorders are orders containng items that must ship via Truck)

How much of my order is available?

On average, orders ship 75-85% complete. Items not shipped with the original shipment will be processed when they become available.
